MISALE was founded in 2016 with a conviction that the technology services industry had lost its way — that somewhere between the buzzword-laden sales decks and the offshore assembly lines, the craft of engineering had been diminished. We set out to build a different kind of technology company: one where senior engineers do the work, where quality is non-negotiable, and where every engagement is treated as a partnership rather than a transaction.
What began as a four-person software consultancy has evolved into a comprehensive technology partner serving enterprises across financial services, healthcare, logistics, energy, and government. Our growth has been deliberate — we have never pursued scale at the expense of standards, and we never will.
Today, MISALE's 120-person team delivers end-to-end technology services — from strategic consulting and custom software development to cloud architecture, data analytics, cybersecurity, and managed infrastructure.
